Refund Policy

At WiFiSetupPro, we are committed to providing exceptional service. We outline our refund and cancellation policies below so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 30-day labor guarantee on all network configurations and standard setups. If the original issue we were hired to fix reoccurs within 30 days due to our configuration, we will attempt to resolve it remotely or schedule a follow-up visit at no additional labor cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because our services are labor and time-based, all completed services are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- If we are entirely unable to resolve your issue or provide a viable workaround during our initial visit.
- If you cancel an on-site appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
3. Hardware Purchases
If you purchase physical hardware (such as a router or mesh system) directly through us, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the equipment is in its original, undamaged packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Note: We do not refund labor fees for hardware installation.
4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
