By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Description

WiFiSetupPro LLC provides independent network consulting, setup, and troubleshooting services. We are not an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific ISP, router manufacturer, or telecommunications company.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any quotes or estimates provided over the phone are preliminary and based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing will be confirmed by the technician prior to the commencement of any work. The customer agrees to pay for the services rendered as agreed upon.

4. Hardware and Third-Party Warranties

We may recommend or install third-party hardware (such as routers or mesh systems). We do not manufacture this hardware. Any warranties on hardware are strictly between the customer and the hardware manufacturer. We guarantee our labor and configuration services for a period of 30 days from the date of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WiFiSetupPro LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
